Job Description: We are seeking a Marketplace Manager to oversee our presence on Amazon and eBay platforms. The role involves managing product listings, analyzing sales performance, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including sponsored ads and promotions, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
  • Stay informed about platform policies, best practices, and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Build relationships with suppliers, partners, and service providers to enhance product offerings.
  • Optimize processes and workflows to increase efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably managing Amazon and eBay marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding supply chain management and inventory operations is a plus.
