Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Digital Designer with expertise in motion
graphics to create visually stunning and engaging content for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design
skills and a deep understanding of current digital design trends. This role
requires a combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and attention
to detail to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our
clients’ brand identities and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Design:
• Develop and execute creative concepts for digital marketing
campaigns, including website graphics, social media content, email
marketing visuals, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure
design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

2. Motion Graphics:

• Create compelling motion graphics and animations for various
digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video
content.
• Use motion design to enhance storytelling and improve user
engagement.

3. Content Creation:
• Design and produce high-quality visuals for a wide range of digital
assets, including banners, infographics, presentations, and
interactive media.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and usability
across different devices and platforms.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project
requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their
objectives.
• Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions
and project reviews.

5. Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely
delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.


Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio
demonstrating expertise in motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After
Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with animation software such as Adobe Animate or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of current digital design trends and best
practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle feedback
constructively.

Software Requirements:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere
Pro)
• Animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate)
• Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar
environment.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with video editing and production.
