Customer Payments is a central team that offers a payment platform for other verticals and countries within Bolt to execute their strategies. The team provides reliable payment services to enable current and new Bolt customers to easily pay at the most reasonable cost possible.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our payments team and help us to drive improvements in both user experience and payments platform. As a Senior Data Analyst at Bolt, you are much more than a data cruncher. You are co-leading the product's development, being the customer's voice, and playing a crucial role in deciding what we build and why.

• <point>Identifying the most impactful opportunities in product development through data - features and configurations, user and payment flows, vendor selection, and more.</point>
• <point>Designing and running experiments at scale, measuring their results, and providing business recommendations.</point>
• <point>Researching payment methods for current and future Bolt markets, including understanding the technical constraints and value for Bolt users.</point>
• <point>Conducting cost analysis, recommending optimisations, and ensuring the accuracy of cost-related budgets.</point>
• <point>Monitoring payments performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing unexpected variance.</point>
• <point>Prepare and update regular reporting and perform ad-hoc analyses to uphold strategic decision-making.</point>

• <point>You have at least 2-4 years of experience dealing with large volumes of data.</point>
• <point>You have some payments or finance-related experience in e-commerce.</point>
• <point>You can rank your SQL skills as “outstanding” and Python/R experience as “profound”.</point>
• <point>You have experience with BI tools and data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).</point>
• <point>You are experienced in building data pipelines (for example using dbt and AirFlow).</point>
• <point>You possess strong verbal and written English communication and can effectively collaborate with others.</point>
• <point>You’re a proactive problem-solver and fast learner who takes ownership, finds solutions, drives results and pays great attention to detail.</point>
