Seeking a skilled Cloud Administrator to manage and supervise diverse range of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, including SAP SaaS, Coupa, Workday, and others. This role is crucial for maintaining the peak performance, security, and compliance of the cloud-based applications. The Cloud Administrator will oversee various tasks such as monitoring system performance, controlling user access, implementing robust security protocols, and liaising with vendors to address any arising issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud administration and a solid understanding of SaaS application management.
Requirements
System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SaaS applications to ensure their availability, performance, and security.
User Access Control: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient access to cloud services.
Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks or issues and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with SaaS providers to resolve any issues, negotiate service agreements and stay updated on new features and updates.
Instance refresh: Coordinate with SaaS vendors to clone non-production environments.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, processes, and service records. Provide regular reports on system status, incidents, and usage metrics.
Travel: Travel to customer site in California once a month
