Job description

As a Marketing Coordinator, EMEA, you’ll implement the marketing strategy and manage the social media presence for Broad Arrow Group companies in the UK and Europe, including Broad Arrow Auctions, Broad Arrow Private Sales and Broad Arrow Capital.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with global marketing team to develop and execute an effective marketing strategy for Broad Arrow Group (BAG) EMEA, focused on building brand awareness and engagement across platforms
  • Define OKRs and objectives – both short and long-term
  • Manage regional marketing calendar and content creation workflow
  • Create and publish content for BAG EMEA website and social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Provide monthly reports on social media engagement and growth
  • Oversee all community management, including responding to comments and DMs, monitoring sentiment, and liaising with appropriate departments as needed
  • Manage social media collaborations and influencer partnerships
  • Coordinate with car specialists to leverage upcoming consignments for content creation and ensure that marketing campaigns align with business needs
  • Ensure staff awareness of social media policy, brand guidelines, and best practices
  • Arrange production and on-time delivery of print materials, signage, stationery, and other branded items for BAG auctions and other events
  • Provide support on photography and video shoots as required; maintain strong working relationships with photographers, videographers and other suppliers
  • Manage regional marketing budget, in line with annual plan
  • Conduct monthly competitor and industry analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Produce post-sale marketing analytics reports

This might describe you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, Journalism, or similar field
  • Strong marketing, social media experience
  • Experienced Adobe Creative Suite user
  • Results-oriented communicator with proven experience of managing marketing campaigns in automotive, auction, entertainment, or luxury goods/events industry
  • Global perspective shaped by working with teams and brands around the world
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including media writing and copywriting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver under time pressure and adhere to internal and media deadlines
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Ability to manage time effectively in an independent work-from-home environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong orientation for partnership and collaboration
  • Collector car knowledge is advantageous but not a prerequisite

Other things to note

  • This position can be worked as a remote position within the United Kingdom.
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
