Responsibilities
    • Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
    • Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
    • Scheduling meetings
    • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
    • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
    • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
    • Updating logs and order forms.
    • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
    • Experience working with project management tools such as Trello or Asana
    • Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving skills.
