Job description

We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Office 365 Administrator to join our customer`s team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deployment and Configuration: We're looking for someone who can take charge of implementing and configuring Office 365 services to perfectly match our organization's needs. You'll need to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Administration and Maintenance: As part of the team, you'll be responsible for managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions in both the Office 365 and Windows environment (Hybrid). You'll also handle routine maintenance tasks like updates, patches, and backups to guarantee system reliability and security.
  • User Support: Our users need technical support and guidance when it comes to Office 365 applications and features. You'll troubleshoot any issues, solve user queries, and even conduct training sessions when necessary.
  • Security and Compliance: We take security seriously, and you'll play a crucial role in implementing the best practices and compliance policies to keep our data safe within the Office 365 environment. This means monitoring for security threats and taking proactive measures to minimize risks.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: We want our Office 365 services to perform at their best, and that's where you come in. You'll monitor their performance and usage, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvements. By implementing enhancements, you'll ensure an outstanding user experience and increased productivity.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keeping track of configurations, procedures, and policies related to Office 365 administration is vital. You'll maintain all necessary documentation and generate reports on system performance, usage metrics, and compliance status to keep everyone informed.

Requirements

  • TECHNOLOGY
    • Experience in managing Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
    • Strong knowledge of Office 365 features, configurations, and integration capabilities.
    • Understanding of hybrid environments and basic domain management.
    • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration tasks.
    • Familiarity with security principles, compliance requirements, and best practices for Office 365.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a prompt resolution of technical issues.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for providing user support and training.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • KNOWLEDGE
    • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electronic equipment.
    • Proficiency in the English language, including grammar, spelling, and composition.
    • Understanding of customer and personal service principles and processes.
    • Knowledge of engineering science, technology, and its application in production.
    • Familiarity with mathematics and its practical applications.
