Job Title: Project Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time | Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippine Time

Salary Range: 900 - 1400 USD / Month

Scope of Work:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various ongoing projects within our organization, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of project outcomes. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, clear communication with stakeholders, and efficient utilization of project management tools to achieve project objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage ongoing projects, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion across departments.
• Project Execution: Monitor progress, track milestones, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Tools Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Suite, G Suite tools, Shopify, Notion, and Monday.com for effective planning and collaboration.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to optimize project productivity.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality project outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• At least  3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the e-commerce industry. 
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Suite and G Suite tools for effective project planning, data analysis, and communication.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
• Experience with Notion and Monday.com.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient project prioritization and resource allocation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fostering clear and collaborative communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address project challenges proactively.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven, committed to delivering high-quality project outcomes.
• Adaptable and flexible, capable of handling evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding project teams to achieve project objectives.

Ideal:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in project management, within the e-commerce industry.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite tools.
• Has experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Excellent leadership qualities and abilities.
