Job description

This is a remote position.

Military Talent Partners is excited to extend opportunities for current service-members to join our team through the DoD SkillBridge program.

Our mission of connecting veterans and military spouses to meaningful careers is a job that's never done. The successful candidates will possess commitment to our military and veteran community and be willing to represent the best interest of both our candidates and clients.

We partner with exceptional businesses across the US to help them hire the top-tier veterans and military spouses that Military Talent Partners is known for.

Our network and tools are at your disposal, as much as you are expected to bring your own relevant network to our team.

This position is remote, and the candidate can be located anywhere within the United States.

Your SkillBridge Internship (fellowship/employment) with us is subject to your command approval.

Requirements
Must have at least 5 years of military and/or corporate recruiting experience.

Familiarization with Applicant Tracking Systems, and various sourcing methods are required.

Excellent reporting practice, and attention to detail are a must.

The successful candidate will work well under pressure and be able to successfully work on multiple roles concurrently.

Must be able to successfully work remotely as an individual contributor and team-member.
