Job description

Position: Customer Service Agent

Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM PST (Should be amenable to work during weekends, days off during the weekdays.)

Salary Range:  USD 800 - USD 1500/month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have a keen attention to detail.

Tasks:

  • More technical experience in electronic products.
  • Understand problems clients face with their products.
  • Answer tickets and resolve issues of customer with their products.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Update and maintain customer information and records in the company database.

Requirements

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Representative.
    • Tools: Gorgias and Shopify proficiency required
    • Seeking a candidate who is experienced with electronic products and understands how they work.
    • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
    • Comfortable using various online platforms and tools such as CRM systems and project management software.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
