Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies and plans in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Oversee financial reporting and accounting activities including financial statements and tax preparations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity.
• Develop and implement financial risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and liaise with auditors and external stakeholders as necessary.
• Work closely with other department heads to help them understand the financial implications of their decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, financial controller, or related leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Sound knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and standards.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and accounting software.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
