As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be driving paid user acquisition but you will be part of driving our entire growth strategy: Identifying, prioritising and executing growth hacks and experiments.

Your Mission at Modak:
- You will own the implementation of our paid marketing strategies
- Plan, test, and implement new acquisition funnels
- Manage, optimize & maximize the company's ROI across channels
- Craft landing pages and lead generating forms for our content to be distributed through relevant paid programs
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Work in collaboration with the design and marketing teams to uphold a unified brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Explore and prioritize new opportunities and strategies for Modak that will assist with scaling our mobile acquisition and growth efforts sustainably
- Monitor performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring findings are shared and coordinated into the team's workflow
- Working closely with marketing analytics, you will use historical data, industry benchmarks, and past experience to develop models and provide performance projections to key collaborators
This might be for you if...
- At least 3 years strong tactical executional experience with all paid media channels. Proven track record and comprehension of performance metrics including ROI, on-site conversions, cost and click performance, impressions/total reach, website traffic, etc.
- Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem
- Experience in running these channels: Google App Campaigns, Facebook App Campaigns.
- Being data-savvy, with a good grasp of mobile user behavior and analytics, and able to implement campaigns based on performance data in a user-friendly manner.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and reporting
- Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational and collaborative skills
- An interest in environments that require a lot of context switching and managing multiple priorities
