Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Medellin. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales of our BPO services. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio in the Medellin region.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored BPO solutions to address client challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, solutions architects, finance) to develop proposals and deliver presentations that demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements in alignment with company guidelines and client expectations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Preferred: Proven track record of success in B2B sales to the US market, preferably in selling BPO services or related solutions.
  • Fluent C2 English

Compensation: To be defined according with the candidate´s seniority
