Core tasks

• Promote and sell STEINERT products in Southern Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
• Provide expert advice to customers in metal recycling.
• Create and present processing concepts to customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the market.
• Present proposals and negotiate with clients.
• Organize and support customer trials.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and deviations.
• Work closely with technology, engineering, application technology, and testing teams.

Must have requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Waste Management Engineering, Process Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in capital goods sales, ideally in recycling applications.
• Strong communication skills with a high service orientation.
• Structured and organized approach to tasks.
