We’re seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator and a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic Fort Worth, Texas team. Keep reading if you’re ready to elevate your career to new heights.


Your New Role: 

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and expectations are met.
  • Utilize project management software to track project progress, resources, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project plans.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, addressing any issues or conflicts promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Provide leadership and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.
