Summary
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and passionate People Business Partner (HRBP) to support the fast growth of Innatera.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role within the People & Culture strategy serving as a trusted advisor and tactical partner to our leadership team in the development and overall culture of Innatera. Your main focus will be on:
Driving key strategic projects to ensure business objectives are achieved (such as performance and development management, compensation and benefits, etc.)
Partnering with Leadership within the Innatera organization
Ensuring legal compliance in our organizational policies and initiatives
Developing a strong, nourishing employee culture within the organization
