Business Process Analyst

(With English and Polish)

Location: Poland (remote)

Your Responsibilities At ZEN

  • Conduct initial business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document business requirements and finalize process documentation.
  • Manage permissions in process systems.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.
  • Create and present reports for supervisors and financial institutions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Perform data analysis and prepare recommendations for process optimization.
  • Granting and recertification user permissions Internal audits

We Are Looking For People Who Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field. / Worktime equivalent of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira and experience in project management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in reporting and preparing documentation for financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of best practices in business process management and analysis tools.
  • User management / Permissions management knowledge
