We are seeking a skilled professional to lead data migration to Salesforce, implement Agile
methodologies, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong project
management skills, experience with Agile practices, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
● Data Migration: Migrate data from existing systems to Salesforce while maintaining data
integrity.
● Agile Implementation: Implement Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration and
adaptability.
● Data Analysis and Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate mapping, analysis, and delivery
of migrated data.
● Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate with stakeholders
to define project scope and objectives, monitor and report project progress, and facilitate
Agile ceremonies.
● Data Migration Management: Conduct thorough analysis of data sources, develop data
mapping documentation, collaborate with stakeholders to validate mapping accuracy, and
implement data cleansing strategies.
● Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Management: Monitor and manage KPIs related to
mapping accuracy, analysis completion, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to project
timelines.
Skills Required:
● Experience: Proven experience in data migration projects, particularly in Salesforce
environments.
● Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to
develop and maintain project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor project
progress.
● Agile Practices: Familiarity with Agile practices, including regular attendance and
contribution to Agile ceremonies, embracing the iterative and collaborative nature of
Agile development, and effective communication within cross-functional teams.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the
ability to provide regular status updates and issue reporting through designated channels,
fostering transparency and accountability.
