Exp 8-15 yrs
Shift Time:- 2pm to 11 pm IST
Experience in BMC Remedy Helix application 20.x and above
Experience across all BMC Remedy ITSM modules and integrations
Expertise in creating and modifying Remedy server objects: Forms, Menus, Active links, Active link guides, filters, Filter guides, Escalations and Applications
Experience with remedy upgrades, integrations, AR ITSM customization and deep understanding of workflows
Experience in building and customizing progressive views
Knowledge of Smart IT, DWP catalog and DWP
Owns all project deliverables and is accountable to get then completed as per timelines
Leads a team and provide guidance, mentoring and support to project team members
Provide coaching and guidance to technical specialists to support their competency development and ensure their effective contribution to team's objectives.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have presentation skills to demo solutions to client
Skilled in REST API
Good knowledge of Remedy Administration
Should be good with customizations and development work
Experience of BMC Remedy ARS, BMC Remedy ITSM, Midtier, CMDB, DWP, DWPA, SmartIT, Dashboard, Virtual Chat and Progressive views
Experience in development, installation, upgrade, configuration, customization and integration with Customer Interfaces
Able to understand requirements and design the solutions
