As a Talent Search and Development Supervisor you will be responsible to ensure constant communication with our very prestigious partner properties, determining their hiring needs, and providing them with the right candidates to fill their vacancies. You will be actively supplying the worldwide best luxury hotels and restaurants with dynamic talents to assist them in their recruitment efforts.

Support the hotel recruiters by highlighting ideal talents to them and arranging interviews for them with the most qualified candidates. Highlight and promote certain talents for specific positions and make sure the recruiters have a qualified pool of talent to choose from.

For our candidates, you will be an inspiring mentor that advises them exactly on how to present themselves professionally during the hiring interview with the recruiter. Provide expert advice to candidates, promote appealing positions to them and prepare them for the interview by conducting “mock” interviews. You will advise them on potential points of improvement, provide reassurance about their strengths, and ensure that candidates are confident in their interview and ultimately get hired for their dream job!



Requirements


  • +2 years of work experience in 4-5 star hotels
  • Managerial experience in luxury hotels would be ideal
  • Leadership and soft skills are very important
  • Excellent English level both written and spoken, Spanish is a plus
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capabilities to lead a team and manage a great volume of talent pools and hiring needs
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Sales and human resources-oriented profile, passionate for hospitality and passion for service
  • Knowledge and experience of hotel/restaurant operations
  • Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is required (assistance provided)



Responsibilities


  • Match appropriate candidates with the most suitable international job offerings
  • Manage communication with partner host companies, convey requirements on cultural exchange programs, visa regulations for international hires, and welcome packages
  • Coach and mentor a young, dynamic, and multicultural team
  • Coordinate with other Talent Managers for strategies
  • Oversee the screening of CVs and communication with international candidates
  • Organize, oversee and conduct mock interviews besides arranging interviews for recruiters
  • Maintain contact with other global P.I. offices to coordinate international recruitment events
  • Organize & manage international recruitment fairs and virtual recruitment events for the best hotels and restaurants in the world
  • Ensure our candidates are being hired for positions that allow them to achieve their career goals
  • Create template training plans for J1 interns/trainees hired by American Host Employers
