Position: Technology Project Manager

Working Hours: M-F; 8 am - 5 pm Central Standard Time / 9 pm - 6 am Philippine Time

Salary Range: 1000 US Dollars monthly

About the role:

As a Technology Project Manager, you will coordinate the installation of Hosted VoIP Telephone Systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our customers. You will be responsible for entering customer information into our CRM, opening service orders, and collecting necessary network information.

Duties and responsibilities:

Coordinate installation of Hosted VoIP Telephone Systems 

  • Enter customers into CRM and open service orders
  • Contact customers for coordination’s and collect network information
  • Schedule and complete Program and Design/ Survey meetings
  • Open new work order for installations
  • Fill in program information, complete documentation and print DESI’s
  • Maintain all static e-mail communication via templates
  • Schedule installation and trainings
  • Maintain communication with customer and technician during installation
  • Follow up with customer and technician after installation
  • Close installation work order and make sure payment in full has been received or payment terms have been implemented
  • Maintain a weekly status report to be turned in every Friday
  • Maintain all NTI certifications necessary for vendor relations and support.
  • Answer questions from sales staff and act as liaison between sales and Operations.

Take service calls and assist customers

  • Answer the Service Queue in a timely manner
  • Enter work orders and work with dispatch for Scheduling
  • Assist with any special projects as they arise.

Process NTI Telco and Hosted sales orders

  • Work with outside Telco coordinator to assure timely installations and maintain contact with customers and service providers.
  • Process orders for internet service installations, SIP trunk orders, Hosted service portal, service ports, and customer moves.  

Requirements

  • Possess 2+ years of project management experience, ideally within the technology sector (Telecom experience is a plus).
  • Must have a background in managing technology implementation projects
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
  • Willingness and interest to learn about the technology space, even without direct experience.
  • Must have a clear and neutral accent, as the role involves calling Texas-based customers.
