An opportunity for a sales leader to join a rapidly growing, venture backed, global healthcare company. OncoLens has created an AI driven oncology care platform that delivers next level multidisciplinary team collaboration, analytics and clinical decision support tools.
The OncoLens platform:
Integrates patient data across disparate data systems including EMRs, genomics, PACS, pathology and more.
Extracts actionable informatics from structured and unstructured data to identify patients for clinical trials, biomarker testing, stem cell therapies and more.
Enables multi-disciplinary care team collaboration within and across enterprises.

OncoLens is seeking an exceptional sales professional to drive sales within the hospital/healthcare segment. We are looking for an aggressive hunter that has a proven track record of selling into hospitals at the senior management levels. The ideal candidate must possess a solid track record of successfully selling into hospitals and healthcare systems. The position entails managing complex sales cycles by developing key relationships into key groups within the cancer service line including both the administrative and the clinical staff. The ability to sell within multiple levels across the oncology service line is a necessity as the enterprise solution includes a portfolio of solutions/products. Familiarity of the implementation process of a new technology is preferred. The position will also be responsible for monitoring their sales metrics based on individual goals and contributing to a strong team environment.

This position is remote.

Essential Duties

  • Developing and executing sales plans, initiatives, and strategies for creating new business and expanding current business (upsell and cross sell activity) in the individuals territory.
  • Driving the complete sales process, consisting of:
    • Lead generation activity with marketing assistance, discovery meetings, presentations, demonstrations, delivering sales proposals, and closing deals to achieve quota and beyond.
  • This is an Individual Contributor role however it is important to share best practices with other team members in a collaborative manner. We believe in learning together and growing the team through team success.
  • This role will support management in board meeting presentations, Salesforce updates and analysis.
  • Proven successful sales and management of complex corporate customer relationships.
  • Providing customers with business development advice and financial analysis to formulate financial plans and revenue generating opportunities designed to point out the benefits of company products/services/technologies.
  • Managing relationships from close of sale to successful installation and implementation of product. This includes collaboration with customer success to ensure proper handoff and at times strategic account management with customer success.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key customers with the ability to upsell/cross sell.
  • Understanding the current trends and issues likely to impact the market.
  • Advising the senior management team on sales directions, competitors and market trends.
  • Appropriately updating and maintaining sales contacts and activity in Salesforce.
  • Ability to properly manage sales pipeline.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area or equivalent in experience.
  • Complex solutions and consultative sales experience is required.
  • Proven ability to sell ROI, both cost savings and revenue generating models.
  • Proven track record of growing sales in an early/medium stage company is preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage through long term, complex, consultative sales cycles (9 12 months).
  • Proven ability to quickly engage, build relationships and close in the C-suite.
  • Successful and compelling cold calling/emailing strategies.
  • Business/financial acumen.
  • Must be able to work independently and in an autonomous work environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong value proposition and strategic selling skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract development skills.
  • Strong sales planning, forecasting and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce required.
  • Ability to travel a significant amount of time if determined to be needed.
  • Knowledge of the hospital industry, competitors, and leading customer strategies preferred.
  • 3-5 years successful sales experience in the hospital/healthcare industry required.
  • Experience establishing and building strong collaborative business partnerships within large hospital systems preferred.
  • Experience selling into the cancer service line at hospitals is a bonus.
