About the Role
The role of the Myrus Coach will involve providing dedicated support to learners who may require additional assistance in their apprenticeship progress, aiding them in catching up and advancing by setting personalised learning plans, deadlines, and goals aligned with CareShield's own standards and national Requirements.
Working in conjunction with our dedicated Functional Skills department, you will coach and assess learners, supporting them as they progress through the Adult Care Apprenticeship, using our own e-learning portfolio system. This is a full time permanent remote based role with regional travel as required. You will have the opportunity to manage your own diary, making full use of technology and face-to-face visits.
As part of the role, you will, as required, visit care homes to carry out face-to-face observations. The successful candidate must hold an Assessors Qualification.
