Job description

Independent Sales Representative – Destination, Leisure and Resort Channel
Imperial is seeking Independent Sales Representatives to join our Destination/Leisure team to help us expand our market presence across the United States. This role requires dynamic, self-motivated individuals who will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, promoting Imperial products, and achieving sales targets.


Salary: 100% Commission-based
Terms: 1099 Contract
Location: 100% Remote, Pennsylvania Region
Travel: Up to 65% – Varies by region

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Act as a company liaison for our brand partners, providing updates on order status, development, recommendations, and more.
  • Promote Imperial products across various channels and build strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in the destination, leisure and resort industry
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the lifestyle and fashion industry.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
