Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a digital marketing and communications strategy aligned with project goals and objectives.
· Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to effectively reach and engage them.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels.
· Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, recommending improvements based on data analysis.
· Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing and communications professionals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, developers, and external agencies.
· Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications, preferably in a government or public sector environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field.
· Must possess an active Security Clearance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a Full-Time, W2 position. Corp-to-Corp and 1099 ineligible.
