Senior Consultant, SAP HR Mini Master

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Mini Master Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in SAP HR modules, particularly in managing mini master data. This role will be responsible for providing consultation, configuration, and support services to our clients, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP HR solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Support implementation of HR Mini Master and have relevant experience in configuring HR Mini Master (EML), Personnel administration, Personnel Development, Integration with project systems and plant maintenance, creating HR Mini Master data to support flexible workflows.
  • Have strong understanding and knowledge of HR Infotype structures and tables & CATS.
  • Create detailed project plans outlining the scope, timeline, resources, and budget required to implement solutions successfully. Set realistic expectations and milestones for project progress.
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions for the client's staff to ensure they can effectively use and manage the implemented technologies.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, solution designs, configurations, and any modifications made.
  • Design, develop and execute solutions that align with the client's needs and objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients .

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HR consulting, with a focus on mini master data management.
  • Proficiency in SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as ASAP or Activate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • SAP certification in HR modules is preferred but not required.

Skill Requirements –

  • Communication: proficient in English written and verbal communications
  • Knowledge: Understanding of various domains such as networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, databases, etc. Familiarity with different operating systems and software applications.
  • Strategic Thinking: Consultants II should have a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute project strategies. Understanding of business processes and how technology can be aligned with business goals.
  • Client Engagement: Building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and understanding client needs are vital.
  • Innovation: Contributing innovative ideas and solutions is important for addressing complex challenges.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding project budgets, profitability, and financial implications is important.
