About the Role

The Program Manager will deliver transformation across multiple complex technology initiatives. The role will require the effective coordination of the program projects and management of their interdependencies, including oversight of any risks and issues which may arise to support the organizations strategic objectives. It includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits as well as maintenance and supplier and stakeholder management of ongoing program. The role will require the effective budget management of our program initiatives.


Key Position Responsibilities include:

  • Define and agree the program structure to support the Company’s strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans with clear timelines and milestones
  • Continuously evaluating vendors and vendor products for financial and people risk, as well as regulatory compliance, and take appropriate steps to mitigate
  • Management of key business partners across multiple functions
  • Program governance and monitoring of progress helping to support delivery of the defined outcomes and effective adoption of change
  • Identifying and flagging risks and issues and initiating appropriate corrective action where risks to delivery are identified
  • Provide content to ensure the program is well understood & supported in the wider community and colleagues are engaged throughout the change journey
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders such as users, customers or suppliers to fully benefit from the delivered products, services and changes


Required experience and qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in IT or relevant similar experience
  • Experience with DevOps, cloud/ hosting operations (Azure)
  • Extensive experience in IT with substantial experience in establishing and delivering progressively larger and more complex projects
  • Demonstrable experience leading and delivering on technology initiatives with wide scale business adoption and benefits
  • Experience managing stakeholder, internal customers and external vendors, relationships for program delivery
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology advantageous
