Job description

We are hiring a High Ticket Closer to join our dynamic and growing team here at Elite CEO's AND Elite Closers.


Please don't apply if you don't have 3+ years of high ticket B2B experience, we won't hire you.


This is for our eliteceos.com and eliteclosers.com divisions.


Uncapped commission potential up to 40k+ a month (you won't have anymore time to make calls).


Commissions starting from 10-20k+ a month opportunities (because of volume). If you can close at 35%+ we will give you as many leads as you want (till you can't take anymore). We can run unlimited paid traffic, our current sales reps aren't performing at KPI which is why we are searching.

Job Description:


The High Ticket Sales Representative is an exciting position for a high-energy, motivated, and experienced closer.


It is a full time, in-house role (NO AGENCIES) with the potential for multi 6 figure + compensation.


You must be an A-player with a relentless work ethic. If you only do enough work to get a paycheck, you won't survive here. You are expected to take 100+ live calls per month.

Example: if you have 130 booked calls and 30 don't show that equals 100 live calls for the month.


Responsibilities:


- Take scheduled sales calls team sets for you

-Set calls/work leads when no sales calls are scheduled (working hours)

-Appointment and lead tracking

-Close as many deals as you possibly can

-Complete end of day KPI reports

-Attend regular company, department and manager meetings/trainings

-Meet and exceed monthly objectives


Minimum Qualifications:


-Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B high ticket sales
