You really must have…

• Insurance Expertise: demonstrated understanding of various insurance products, policies, and coverages. Experience in life and health insurance is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Customer-Focused: Excellent proven track record of interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to empathise with clients' needs and provide exceptional customer service.

• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate terms with insurance partners to secure advantageous placements for clients.

• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient workflow.
• Adaptability: you are comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving industry. Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the insurance landscape
• Certifications: Relevant insurance certifications or licences

The Role

• As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, handling insurance renewals, engaging with clients on insurance-related matters, coordinating placements with insurance partners, and providing vital support to the sales team. Your in-depth knowledge of insurance products and exceptional communication skills will contribute to the overall success of our insurance operations.
• These are just some examples of the tasks you will be performing on a day to day basis:
• Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to provide information, guidance, and assistance on insurance-related queries. Build strong and lasting relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Insurance Renewals: Manage the renewal process by assessing clients' needs, reviewing policies, and coordinating with insurance partners to secure timely renewals.
• Placement with Insurance Partners: Collaborate with insurance partners to place policies that align with clients' requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Sales Team Support: Act as a valuable resource for the sales team, offering your expertise in insurance products and regulations to assist in client acquisition and deal closing.
• Policy Analysis: Analyse insurance policies to ensure they provide adequate coverage for clients' risks. Make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements as needed.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and any relevant communication. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging insurance products. Share insights with the team to contribute to strategic planning.
• Problem Resolution: Address client concerns, inquiries, and claims in a prompt and efficient manner. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues effectively.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, including sales,account management and customer support to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Training and Development: Continuously expand your knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and best practices. Share expertise with colleagues through training sessions and mentoring.

Salary range
For this position, we have a total gross package of 28.000€ to 37.000€ (plus health insurance, flexible retribution and other benefits).

3. Business interview with Country Manager & Head of Sales
4. Technical interview with Head of Insurance
5. Final interview with CEO
