Job description

Position Title: General/Admin VA (Active Pooling)
Location: Remote/PH
Type of Employment: Full-time/Part-time
Salary Range: Php 35,000-40,000 per month (FT)

Job Summary:

We are currently pooling candidates for the position of Administrative Virtual Assistant. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our clients, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling emails, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and organize the executive's email inbox.
  • Respond to emails, draft responses, and prioritize messages.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate calendar activities and ensure timely reminders.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all written communications.
  •  Input and update information in databases.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Implement filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes.
  • Conduct research on various topics as required.
  • Summarize findings and present information in a clear format.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless communication and information flow.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Basic Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Online Shopping Platform experience (i.e, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc) is an advantage.
  • Has experience assisting business coaches is a plus.
