Position: Growth Marketing Manager (Full-time)

Salary: 1,800 to 2,100 USD/month

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (EST)

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth strategies for two health and wellness brands, acting as an internal advocate for those brands. One brand is well-established with steady revenue but requires innovative strategies to ignite growth, while the other is a new brand needing strategic guidance to ensure its forward momentum. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience managing multiple brands and be capable of executing core marketing activities independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with VP of Marketing and partners to evolve the direction of branding.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing  to ensure that the brand vision, voice, tone, and image are consistently applied in all channels.
  • Checking and approving creative/production materials, copy, layouts and production
  • Work with SEO vendor(s) to ensure goals, strategy, and tactics align to overall brand goals and that those tactics are executed in a timely & efficient manner.
  • Experiment with a mix of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, PPC, social media, and lead generation.
  • Create and maintain a strategy and editorial calendar for both brands.
  • Own organic social calendar and manage execution.
  • Work with stakeholders and vendors to leverage paid channels to create high campaigns generating positive ROAS.
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing channels on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Work with the affiliate & partnerships team to identify opportunities in influencer and traditional affiliate channels as well as potential off-site opportunities.
  • Perform A/B and other testing in relevant marketing channels for continual improvement.
  • Craft and implement growth strategies tailored to each brand’s unique market position.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in omni-channel marketing, with a proven track record successfully growing a brand.
  • Understanding on how to gain internal buy-in for project needs
  • Demonstrable experience in devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive sales
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TripleWhale).
  • Must have extremely strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to find actionable insights from data, turning them into tasks for execution.
  • A strong understanding of the sales funnel and understanding the levers to pull customers through.
  • An understanding of graphic design best practices 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field or an additional 4 years of proven experience.
