Your missions

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the technical owner for specific system components, managing their deployment, configuration, and maintenance. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation and support of our applications across various environments, ensuring seamless operation and high reliability.

Location: preferably SK, CZ or PL.

Working model: 90% Remote, but it is necessary to travel once per quarter to Vienna, Austria.

Your Responsibilities

You will be an Application technical owner of assigned technical component of the system and your agenda will be:

to review new release notes from 3rd party delivery provider,
deployment of application to dev environment, configuration according to internal
requirements, define monitoring rules,
preparation of release notes and installation instructions for internal change management process,
technical documentation creation and maintenance,
support deployment process up to production,
L3 support for application on all environments,
participation and support of internal projects,
providing root cause analyses, participate on problem management,
communication with 3rd party providers for infrastructure and application level
deployment, incident handling, escalation management,
communication with relevant lines of business cross company.
