Supply Chain Excellence: Be innovative! 🤘 Create and optimize supply chains to ensure smooth procurement and production processes, aligning with bace’s innovative approaches and sustainability goals.

Logistics Management: Be smart! 👌 Ensure efficient logistics to meet operational demands and schedules.

Maintenance Coordination: Be proactive! 👊 Coordinate maintenance activities for ongoing pilot projects and campaigns to ensure operational continuity.

Strategic Planning and Documentation: Be organized! 👋 Strategically plan time and resources to ensure transparent documentation and alignment with our overall business strategies.

Process Scaling: Be bold! 👆 Develop a blueprint for the smooth scaling of the hub infrastructure across different regions.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Stay on course! 🫵 Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics, implement corrective actions and continually strive to maintain and improve operational efficiency.
