Position :  DevOps Engineer
Working Hours : 9am to 1pm EST
Salary Range :  1000-2200 USD month

Overview of the position

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to elevate our infrastructure, focusing on security and performance to maintain our product edge. As a remote-first company, we value concise communication and self-driven productivity, minimizing meetings to maximize product development.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Upgrade and optimize infrastructure to enhance security and performance.
• Write clearly and effectively, contributing to a culture of efficient remote collaboration.
• Execute projects with speed and maintain high-quality standards.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects in collaboration with customers, product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Operate autonomously while seeking assistance as needed to deliver results.
• Actively participate in product planning and feature development.
• Proactively identify project risks and ensure projects stay on track, keeping the team informed.
• Contribute beyond primary responsibilities, including code reviews, interviewing, and fostering company and engineering culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management and optimization.
• Ability to streamline infrastructure and development processes for agile and efficient operations.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure; cloud agnostic approach preferred.
• [Preferred] Experience with Vue.js; familiarity with Node.js is a plus.
• [Bonus] Previous experience in startup environments.
• [Bonus] Familiarity with On-prem solutions.
