We're looking for a Lead Group Financial Controller who'll report to the Head of Financial Control. This role leads the Client Flows team and has responsibility for our retail and business product accounting, including card, credit, crypto, insurance, lifestyle, and rewards.

Leading the monthly financial close process for the Client Flows portfolio, including ensuring all accounting and reconciliations are completed within deadline
Working with other financial controllers (group and local), financial reporting, finance shared service centre, and the business to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting for key processes and products
Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our accounting, reconciliation, and overall control environment
Working with technology to digitise and automate our accounting, reconciliation, and control and develop our accounting and reconciliation platforms
Supporting the group and legal entity audits, along with other regulatory deliverables
Supporting the business for the launch of new products and markets, including providing accounting advice and implementation support
University degree in finance or economics
Accounting qualification
8+ years experience in Finance and Controlling functions
Team management experience
Excellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience with IFRS and consolidated financial reporting
A structural and logical approach to solving problems
Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
Experience within a fast growing organisation
Great motivation and focus on delivery
Financial services experience is preferred, ideally with international aspects and in fintech / payment sectors
Lithuania: €7,100 - €7,900 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
