World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.

The Project Manager must have a background in Software Development Life Cycle, and Agile Methodologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects, and work closely with other business units

Essential functions and responsibilities include:

  • Plan and implement projects throughout the organization in collaboration with business unit leaders.
  • Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, and risks.
  • Define tasks and required resources.
  • Create schedules and project timelines.
  • Track deliverables, monitor, and report on project progress.
  • Present reports to stakeholders on progress, problems, and solutions.
  • Evaluate and assess project results.
  • Complete a Post-Implementation Review (PIR) for each project.
  • Other projects and duties assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficient in process design, process management, and writing technical procedures and other informational materials.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of technology related solutions
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal.
