Job description

At Divurgent, we employ real people on our Team, not just “resources.” We firmly believe our Team is the driving force behind our successes, and because of that, we are solidly focused on evaluation, maintaining, and improving upon the Divurgent culture by integrating our ELITE Values into everything we do. Culture is the SINGLE most important component we have. We want our employees, recruits, clients, prospects, and even our competitors to feel it and believe it! Appreciating and supporting our Team Members—the people behind our success—is at the core of Divurgent’s values, mission, and goals. In addition to our Financial, Health and Wellness, and Community and Culture benefits, we offer team coffee breaks and happy hours, a book club, a grill master competition, March Madness events, a Divurgent Pets group, and team engagement programs – true testaments to the value our Team holds for Divurgent. If you have a passion for healthcare and are excited about your career and joining a TEAM, Divurgent is the place for you. We are always looking for qualified, culture-friendly candidates to join our professional and somewhat quirky family.

Divurgent has earned a trusted North American leadership position for over 16 years, perfecting the entire lifecycle of enterprise, digital health and EHR advisory, managed services, go-live, and project leadership. Divurgent’s early and proactive focus on engagement and adoption through enhanced clinical transformation as well as clinical and organizational change management also ensures health delivery organizations overcome the barriers and resistance to change that often derail or stall large projects.

Divurgent is committed to efficiency, innovation, and improving patient, provider, and staff outcomes across Canada. We’ve supported the Canadian healthcare system for many years already and are thrilled to announce our formal expansion to Canada.

If you are a French-Canadian Bilingual Resident and are Epic Certified willing to work on an Independent Contract basis, please apply to this posting as we build our leadership and candidate pool for future opportunities. All positions are Contract, and you must be willing to work as an Independent Contractor. Positions are hybrid and remote in nature. All consultants MUST be bilingual (French/English).

We are adding French-Canadian Bilingual Epic Leaders & Certified Inpatient, Ambulatory and Revenue Cycle Consultants to our Database in ALL Epic Modules for future Canadian Contract Engagements. We would be thrilled for you to join Divurgent Team Canada!
