Job description

Wir sind eine 100%-ige Tochtergesellschaft von American Tower, eines global tätigen Unternehmens aus dem Bereich der Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur. Weltweit gehören wir zu den größten Anbietern unserer Branche. American Tower Germany wurde im Jahr 2012 gegründet und betreibt als Neutral Host über 14.800 Mast- und Dachstandorten in Deutschland. Für die Konnektivität der digitalen Gesellschaft von morgen investieren wir nicht nur signifikant in den Neubau von Standorten für 5G und LTE, sondern bieten auch innovative Lösungen für Smart Cities und Smart Buildings.


Zur Erweiterung unserer Operations Abteilung suchen wir in Ratingen ODER München ODER im Home-Office zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt folgende Unterstützung


Stellenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung des Quality Team Lead bei der Entwicklung von Prozessen und Qualitätsberichten
  • Koordinierung aufkommender Qualitätsfragen in unseren Projekten
  • Nachverfolgung fehlender Qualitätsaktualisierungen
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Dokumentation korrekt zusammengefasst und in die zentralen Systeme hochgeladen wird
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Probleme im Rahmen der vorgegebenen SLA's korrekt geklärt werden


Stellenanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (oder vergleichbar)
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Bauprozesses in Bezug auf Telekommunikationsstandorte
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement (wünschenswert)
  • Gute Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Schulungsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
