- Certified Scrum Master with hands on experience
- Hands on SAFe experience
- Able to coach a team on adopting agile ways of working; candidate doesn't have to be Agile Coach but if they meet items 1 &2 above, should be good here
- JIRA experience- able to create and use dashboards and charts for measuring team
