Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Team Lead/Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have a total of 8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to team management. This role involves overseeing content creation, collaborating with courseware creators, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of content projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project specifications and develop comprehensive blueprints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and establish clear project objectives.
  • Work closely with content curators, Video editors, and subject matter experts to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Review and approve content outlines, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback to content creators to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication with courseware creators, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns, facilitate feedback, and maintain positive working relationships.
