Who We're Looking For

As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with various departments across the organization, providing leaders with financial insights and analyses to support informed decision-making and drive the business forward.

Effective real-time communication and a strong understanding of your audience are essential in this role. Therefore, you must possess highly developed communication skills, commercial awareness, and proven analytical abilities to build active and productive partnerships with operations and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing commercial performance and providing informed insights for improvement.

  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with the senior team and operations of the organization.

  • Supporting the business by providing accurate and informed financial modeling and analysis 

  • Collaborating with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals.

  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial targets are met.

  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports and dashboards 

  • Leading cost optimization efforts and identifying areas for cost reduction 

Required Skills:

  1. Financial Analysis and Modeling: Proficient in conducting detailed financial analyses and creating accurate financial models to support decision-making.

  2. Stakeholder Management: Strong experience working as a business partner . Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, department heads, and other key stakeholders.

  3. Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of the business environment and commercial landscape to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  5. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  6. Strategic Planning: Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning to support long-term business goals.

  7. IT Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial software and tools. Extensive experience with Workday or similar ERP systems, including modules for budgeting and expense management.
