Summary of Position:
The Account Executive position is responsible for managing marketing campaigns and keeping the project work on time and on budget. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
• Manage all aspects of the execution of consumer promotions tactics for your assigned brand categories including timelines, artwork routing and approval and files asset delivery.
• Responsible for tactics such as FSIs, digital coupons, Ibotta, Catalina and displays/POP.
• Create, maintain, and communicate timeline expectations to appropriate client, supplier and internal personnel and proactively communicate to relevant business units when timelines may be affected
• Conduct regular status meetings with brand stakeholders to review CP projects status and gain necessary input to progress programs forward
• Collaborate with necessary external vendors like Vericast, Quotient/Neptune, and Ibotta as well as client stakeholders like Consumer Promotions, Brand Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure proper approvals and ensure flawless execution.
• Set up creative alignment calls across business units when applicable.
• Work closely with Sales and Brand teams on gaining alignment on artwork and lead weekly conference calls with the Retail Sales Team based on business supported
• Coordinate request and receipt of all purchase orders for assigned programs
• Review vendor SOW template and rates for accuracy against pre-established guidelines, where applicable
• Communicate recommendations that allow our customers reduce cycle time and drive efficiencies
• Support with compiling scorecards and lessons learned
• Complete cost reconciliation and file closure at program close
• Assist in the establishment and development of processes/procedures.
• Seek-out additional training in your promotion area. Strive to become an expert in the promotion type you execute most often for the client.
• Deliver internal requests and assets in a thorough and timely manner

• Preferred, but not required: Bachelor’s in Business or Communication a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university; or Minimum 18 months of applicable business experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well as operate internal, online systems
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to be client facing
• Ability to mentor, grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team
• Ability to do intermediate-level math (calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages)
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

• Effectively utilizes staff including delegating as appropriate
• Ability to manage healthy business processes
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
