Your role as an Experienced Sourcer is crucial in ensuring that they attract individuals who not only meet the skill requirements but also align with their values and contribute to their positive work culture. Your TasksConduct in-depth candidate sourcing using various channels and tools.Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize sourcing performance.Craft compelling messages to engage and attract potential candidates.Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.At least 3 to 5 years proven experience in sourcing roles, demonstrating successful outcomes.Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.Strategic thinking with the ability to align sourcing activities with organizational goals.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Cultural awareness and the ability to ensure candidates are a strong cultural fit.LanguagesProfessional proficiency in the English language is required.Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary.RequirementsHigh-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbpsCPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly requiredInternet and electrical back-up in case of power outageWith dedicated and professional-looking home office set-upKwalified: Yes, We are Fanatic for Your Success
