Job Title: Service Now Developer Job Location: Remote /Part time job/ Flexible hours
Partners healthcare has a need for a Service Now Developer for a new HR application. Looking for someone who can create and develop forms. The position is part time and the person can work remotely. Duties:
· Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
· Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
· Consults with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interfaces between hardware, software, and operational and performance requirements of overall systems.
· Formulates and designs software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of designs. Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
· Consults with customers concerning maintenance of software system.
· Coordinates installation of software systems.
· Experience: 3 to 6 years. Skills:
· Must have 2+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics report development.
· ServiceNow ITSM process experience
· Service Level configuration a plus.
· Must have worked in a ServiceNow environment with multiple instances and familiar with using Update Sets to transfer development to additional platforms
