Job Description

This role is responsible for Adobe Workfront collaborative work management software administration, ensuring optimal, uninterrupted Client staff user experiences.
With product management and IT teams, they capture and prioritize requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring technical roadmap placement and carefully planned execution.
They determine scope of work for basic and routine tasks with ease and have high aptitude in reading, assessing, and interpreting vended and solution architecture to assess future development or integration needs.
The individual in this role is our enterprise technical consultant for Adobe Workfront software.
Accordingly, their interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, ability to influence and build rapport with internal stakeholders enables their collective success.
Mentoring Adobe Workfront software group administrators of Client, they inspire confidence in others to apply technical instruction in daily work and spreading that knowledge to their business unit staff.
The Sr. Systems Engineer is Adobe Workfront's true expert at Client, leading discussions with what emerging tools, technologies, and processes are coming that may impact how we improve our products and future of work management.
This enterprise technical representative for the tool delivers on systems orientation and training through demo, documentation, Q&A, office hour support.
In collaborative Agile environment, they tackle problems efficiently through applied systems engineering methodologies and disciplines.
They will have experience leading teams in an IT Solution Architect or Scrum Master capacity and proven success in exercising change management, project risk mitigation, and conflict resolution.
They lead on systems integration utilizing Fusion connector and alternate custom development work.
Monitors the relationship and performance of Adobe software vendor to include contract terms and time frame, service level agreements, and rules of engagement.
Maintain knowledge of product releases and ensure application documentation is centrally managed and stored for user consumption.
They work with QA teams to develop test plans and evaluate current plans for improvement.
Validates data integrity with QA when changes introduced, performing interface testing to ensure data integrity and flow.
Performs data analysis, translates business requirements and acceptance criteria to technical/engineering specifications and test scripts supporting systems validation while considering the end user experience.
Communicates on and fixes the occasional bugs, orchestrate, and manage the technical support model for our SaaS solution.
Objectives
Enable local department instances, recently merged to one enterprise instance to unifying on a prescriptive, standard usage of software to leverage its inherent capabilities.
Establish in collaboration with product management team our Adobe Workfront standard governance and operational modeling.
Automate the content creation process leveraging the AEM Workfront connector for bi-directional workflow status & metadata driven time-to-value reporting.
Assess demand for and prioritize the onboarding of new users to Adobe Workfront, streamline content creation processes across the enterprise.
Background
High technical proficiency in Adobe Workfront software as current or former systems administrator/ engineer, or equivalent.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of other existing, related Adobe systems and obtaining certification in all Adobe vended applications where applicable.
Adobe Fusion software expertise
Experience in event-driven/distributed systems
Ability to demonstrate a high level of ownership for the entire SDLC; including QA, build, CI/CD, and support of Adobe production systems supporting Client staff.
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus but not required.
Education/Certification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or the equivalent in career experience, expertise & demonstrated success in an engineering capacity.
Adobe System Administration Bootcamp (basic and advanced) and Adobe
Fusion certification either previously obtained, or to be completed within three months of hire.
