We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives within the UK region.

As a member of our team, you will leverage your extensive sales and business development expertise to identify and secure new customer partnerships.

Collaborating closely with our Onboarding, Customer Success, and Product Teams, you won't be just selling a hotel-tech product – you'll be delivering an exceptional customer experience, building our reputation as trusted business partners to our clients.

Daily activities:
  • Drive sales and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Take responsibility for executing a growth strategy to improve market-share
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers
  • Attend trade shows, forums, and conferences
  • Build a brand recognition and promote Profitroom’s product portfolio across the UK hand in hand with the marketing team and other global colleagues
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines, including contracts, sales records, revenue reports, and invoices.
  • Mentor and develop entry-level colleagues into our future Business Development Manager.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in B2B or B2E sales roles.
  • Proven hunter mentality with the ability to build and nurture your own pipeline.
  • Track record of achieving high sales performance, particularly in selling SaaS products to businesses.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality tech and hospitality business landscape.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and skills, coupled with a commitment to the development of team members.
  • Results and process-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial savviness with strong networking skills and the ability to create meaningful relationships at all levels.
