Technical Trainer (Tokyo, Japan)

Job Description
The Technical Trainer position is a role responsible for delivering technical training to potential or existing customers and partners to drive adoption and usage of ServiceNow products and technologies. The Senior Technical Trainer contributes to improving participant’s technical and practical knowledge, though passionate teaching, to establish positive customer relationships and help achieve customer success.
What you get to do in this role:
- Deliver instructor-led public classroom training to end-user customer and partner administrator/implementer/developers
- Plan and deliver onsite private training classes
- Assist in the development of technical training curriculum and hands-on exercises
- Maintain expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform and products via webinars, training and other available resources
- Acquire certification of platform, products and technologies and stay current to be certified as technical trainer
- Help localization of training courseware and exams
- Mentor and train internal and external authorized trainers
- Work with highly international and multi-cultural teams
- Travel up to 20%
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Experience and background with Enterprise software(PaaS, SaaS recommended)
- Excellent self-learning skills to catch up technical knowledge from prerelease document, software, hardware
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to deliver virtual/onsite seminars in multiple days
- Knowledge and hands on experience developing or implementing ITSM solutions or similar preferred
- Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management preferred
- High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability

職務内容:
· お客様またはパートナー企業様の管理者、構築エンジニア、開発者に向けた一般開催のクラスルーム形式のトレーニング実施
· オンサイトでのプライベートクラスの計画と実施
· テクニカルトレーニングのカリキュラムとハンズオン演習の開発のサポート
· Webinar、トレーニング、各種リソースを利用し、ServiceNowプラットフォームと各製品に関する知識を最新のものとする
· 認定講師として必要となるServiceNow認定技術資格を取得し、常に最新とする
· トレーニングテキストや試験の翻訳のサポート、レビュー
· 社内外含む認定講師に向けたサポートとトレーニング
· 世界各国のチームとの国際的なコミュニケーションと協業
· トレーニングデリバリー(国内)やグローバルイベントでの出張(20%程度)
