Our team’s purpose: Field Innovation Officers are futurists, visionaries, & story tellers. We stimulate the customer’s vision via “Art of the Possible” conversations, provide insight into technology trends and how they will affect customers, and define how ServiceNow is responding to them. We explain ServiceNow’s corporate vision and strategy, and how it aligns to our customer’s business.

Act as an advisor and change the way people think? We are seeking an experienced individual who can bring new perspectives to the Future of Work, whilst being able to articulate our value proposition to the highest level and provide input into company direction.
We need someone that has real world experience, C-level gravitas, and stage presence with the ability to deliver the vision of the future and demystify the complexity of the past. You must be able to thrive as an individual contributor as well as have an opinion on today’s technology and business transformation landscape. Opinions matter and you will be taking feedback from these customer sessions and driving change within the company!

How you’ll be successful:
Work closely with account teams and sales leadership to unlock new buying centers, engage with executives outside of IT, drive thought leadership, and communicate the ServiceNow corporate vision and strategy to our customers and partners.
Routinely engage with Director, VP and C-level executives, both internally and externally
Provide perspective and guidance on long-term strategy/technology strategy, investments and innovation drawing upon their depth and breadth of knowledge with customers, partners and internally across ServiceNow
Identify, lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.
Be an exemplar of our Hungry and Humble culture, engaging teammates in an open and trusting manner

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- You will be someone who can look at these elements and say “that’s me”
- Has a very clear vision of their areas of domain interest deep enough to bring expertise to the table.
- Possess a diverse IT and/or consulting background with knowledge of industry trends, leveraging your credibility as an advisor with customers, partners and internally across ServiceNow.
- Responsible for building the messaging, engagement, execution with customers, partners and internally across ServiceNow
- The ability to generate ideas for how ServiceNow can make our customers more successful.
- Collaboration is key - we need someone who can work across all of our distributed teams effectively.
- Understands how to speak to a variety of audiences and levels as we are in an emerging market and maturity.
- Ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge levels
- Extremely strong presentation and communication skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation, workshops and white boarding
- Exposure to and understanding of multiple service management and organizational change domains
- Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technology trends and specific industries.
- Bring a new perspective to ServiceNow and be able to evangelize their point of view to audiences ranging from technical developers to executives.
- Provide input into social media to raise the level of visibility and understanding of ServiceNow
- If required, participate in product messaging and nomenclature development, especially as it relates to cross-product or cross-initiative content
Travel: Travel criteria 50-75% given our geographically placed countries that we service here.
