This position will have big impact on developing our AUTODOC.PRO project and sell AUTODOC’s brands to B2B channels (mainly wholesalers and distributors).
Responsibilities:
expand customers portfolio with key accounts and partners with inbound/outbound contacts with prospective leads.
deliver sales targets in the assigned territory and/or group of customers on a constant basis.
follow daily procedures of managers' tasks:
planning daily and weekly routine negotiations and follow-ups
contacting customers with phone calls, emails, chats and/or other channels
making offers & presentations
creating orders
setting and accomplishing tasks
filling in correct data to CRM, ERP, and other IT resources
learning and utilizing new tools and procedures needed for daily work
communicating with other departments, agencies and partners on all job-related tasks
create & sell customized solutions and offers for b2b customers from any segment (distributors, chains etc.).
ensure excellent clients relations on a long-term basis with constant staying in touch and account penetration.
lead, manage and support the entire sales process to the end customer, from order creation to shipment.
work with third-party service providers of transport, logistic and export services: request quotes, negotiate best prices for shipments, control exporting procedures, etc.
work with cross-teams of the accounting, marketing, warehouse, transport, and other departments to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all client needs met.
plan and present reports on accounts’ progress, goals, sales, and quarterly initiatives to share with stakeholders.
do business development tasks by current priorities set by the company and immediate manager.
fulfill other tasks and goals set by the immediate manager and the company.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience of working with B2B clients (preferably in automotive aftermarket sales).
ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage more than 10 client accounts.
strong negotiation skills with ability follow-through and closing deals;
outstanding goal orientation.
willingness to develop new business markets, clients, and territories;
fast information processing; able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into solutions.
experience with CRM software, the Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel skills.
proven results of meeting sales goals.
fluency in English language.
