Who you are 

 

You are well-versed in the latest IT technologies on the market, applying that knowledge to research, construct, and close complex IT offerings for NexusTek's clients. A proactive sales hunter and keen negotiator looking for new business and generating a strong sales pipeline for new and existing clients. You are a skilled communicator providing insights and recommendations to improve technology efficiencies for clients.


You know how to:  

  • Propose multi-offering or complex IT outsourcing solutions, and present compelling value propositions aligned with customers desired business outcomes. 
  • Execute deals greater than $1M Total Contract Value. 
  • Engage in initial customer discussions and qualification without the need for solution engineering support. 
  • Grow market share by locating, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities, including developing business relationships with prospects key stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with technical staff to create, present, and refine detailed proposals with technology solutions that will meet the client’s needs.  
  • Communicate with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction with the sales and onboarding process.  
  • Develop relationships with other complimentary business partners who may refer and introduce our Company into their client base.  
  • Partner with the senior leadership and technical services to deliver excellent service, including the onboarding process, to current and prospective clients.  
  • Accurately forecast opportunities, create, and articulate client specific value proposition, business case and win strategy for all opportunities. 
  • Develop and present a sound financial business case to clients that align to their business objectives. 

 

Strong knowledge in the following technologies:

  • Microsoft-based servers and workstations
  • Active Directory
  • MS Office 365 
  • Network firewalls and managed switches 
  • SAN Administration 
  • Switching and routing 
  • Backup and disaster recovery solutions. 
  • Cloud-based technologies 
  • Virtualization technologies

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.

Interview Stage – We’ll dive into your experience more in depth 

  • 1-hour interview with the hiring manager (virtual) 
  • 1- hour interview with sales team member (virtual) 
  • Additional interviews based on availability of team and candidate. 
  • 30-minute call with sales leadership
  • References: 3 professional references with at least one being someone who directly managed you  
  • You are welcome to request additional conversations with team members you didn’t get to meet during the process
